Ophangen & veiligheid
Een vaste hanglamp sluit je aan zoals elke lamp: de draden in de kroonsteen van de plafonddoos, daarna de montageplaat vastschroeven. Lampen met een stekker hang je zelf op.
Heb je een verlaagd plafond? Bevestig de lamp dan aan het draagprofiel of de betonplaat erboven, niet alleen aan de plaat. Twijfel je? Laat hem ophangen door een elektricien, dat is meestal een klus van een half uur. Afmetingen en aansluiting vind je bij de productdetails.
Licht & lampen
Voor een warme, huiselijke sfeer kies je warmwit licht (2700K). Met een dimbare ledlamp en een dimmer bepaal je zelf de stemming, fel bij het koken, zacht bij het eten. Gekleurd of getint glas kleurt het licht een beetje mee.
Levering
Elke lamp wordt voor jou besteld en rechtstreeks naar je toe gestuurd. Reken op 3–4 weken. Je krijgt een bevestiging met de verwachte leverweek, en een track & trace zodra hij onderweg is. Verzending is gratis in Nederland en België.
Op tijd voor de feestdagen: voor pakjesavond bestel je uiterlijk 7 november, voor de kerst uiterlijk 26 november.
Retourneren
Je hebt 14 dagen bedenktijd vanaf het moment dat je de lamp ontvangt. Je mag hem uitpakken en bekijken zoals in een winkel. Meld je retour binnen die 14 dagen per e-mail; daarna heb je 14 dagen om hem terug te sturen. Je krijgt het aankoopbedrag, inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten, binnen 14 dagen terug.
