For years, the s.LUCE Pro Ring series has been inspiring with its customizable mounting options, exciting combination possibilities, and timelessly beautiful colors. After redesigning the s.LUCE Pro Ring pendant in 2018 to meet the needs of our international customers, we are presenting the s.LUCE Pro Ring 3.0 pendant in 2021, an even more versatile version of this popular pendant.
A timelessly beautiful design
The s.LUCE pro ring series is characterized by a futuristic and minimalist design language. From the narrow, only 1.3 cm wide ring to the nearly invisible steel cables, the Ring pendant lamp creates a sense of elegant lightness even with larger diameters. The design is completed by a satin-finished acrylic shade, which ensures even and soft light distribution.
Improved LED technology
The new s.LUCE Ring 3.0 pendant lamp hasn't just been upgraded on the outside. The 3rd generation of the Ring pendant lamps features a new LED strip, which provides even brighter illumination. You'll also benefit from exceptionally good color rendering thanks to a CRI of 95. This ensures exceptionally lifelike color reproduction, achieving 95% of the natural daytime brightness.
Individual suspension
The s.LUCE ring series is characterized by its customizable mounting options. Use the classic centric suspension, where all cables run intertwined across the canopy, or use the eccentric suspension, where you can freely position the non-current-conducting steel cables next to the canopy using the included steel cable holders. The Ring 3.0 pendant lamp makes installation even more versatile. Thanks to the cable routing in the center of the ring, it can be used for both direct and indirect lighting. Slide the canopy through the ring to change the lighting effect.
Countless possible combinations
The shade of the 3rd generation ring lights is also designed to allow you to connect up to 5 pendant lights via a single socket. Create your own personalized ring combination from the 4 colors and 4 sizes of the Ring 3.0 and order the conversion at the same time as a 2-piece, 3-piece, 4-piece, or 5-piece combination, centrally or off-center. Based on your sketch, we will deliver the pendant light to your home, ready to connect. When ordering, please indicate which lights should be mounted directly or indirectly within the combination. If you are installing a single Ring 3.0 pendant light, you can specify this during installation on-site.
Versatile use
Its understated yet elegant design makes the Ring pendant lamp exceptionally versatile. Whether in a private living room or dining room, in a gallery, or as a special highlight in a hotel foyer, the Ring pendant lamp cuts a fine figure anywhere. The 2.40 m suspension with height-adjustable steel cables allows for flexible installation, even in high rooms. Decide for yourself whether you hang the lamp straight or at an angle, centrally or off-center, or in combination. Your creativity knows no bounds.
Our dimmer recommendations
The Ring series is dimmable with leading or trailing edge phase control. We recommend the Busch-Jäger 6523 U-102 flush-mounted dimmer and the Eltako DTD55-230V-wg or Eltako EUD12NPN-UC for electrical distribution on a DIN rail, or the Eltako EUD61NPN-UC for use in a deep flush-mounted box. As a touch dimmer, we recommend the Gira dimmer 238500.
Please note: The s.LUCE Ring 3.0 pendant lights are painted on the inside. If you combine pendant lights in different colors, the paint may cause minor optical variations in light color and brightness. The gold ring has a warmer appearance.
